BREAKING: To which spiv has Chill Brands bunged £60,000 for ramping its shares?

It is a simple question and one that I have put to Chill’s (CHLL) financial adviser, Mr. Nick Harriss at the fine firm of Allenby Capital. Oddly Nick has declined to reply but as 1.5 million shares were issued at 4p ( a nice discount to the 6p share price) surely investors have a right to know who has been paid £60,000 for what? The statement reads:

Letter to Nick Harriss at Allenby Capital re his client the fraud Chill Brands, John "tell us a " Story et al

Yesterday, in Bearcast, I explained in detail why the Chill Brands (CHLL) website is misleading with regard to major shareholders and why the proven liar John Story must have reduced his interest but has not filed a TR1.  Sadly, there appears to be no corrective RNS so I have written to Nick Harriss of Allenby Capital, Chill’s retained adviser, suggesting that if he has a shred of integrity he will correct the situation. I cc in the FCA

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: MyHealthChecked & Zoetic again, on the latter big questions raised

On MyHeathChecked (MHC) I tidy up all the loose ends from yesterday’s options storm and i am confident that the greedy management have behaved in this way as the shares will head higher. On the fraud Zoetic (ZOE) I discuss the purchase of the domain name Chill.com and all the questions that throws up. I do know a bit about buying domain names and this is not what it seems. Then I cover the 2 questions that its financial adviser, Nick Harriss at Allenby and its scumbag PR Henry Harrison Topham will not respond to and which i will be taking up with the FCA tomorrow. It strikes me these are slam dunk rule breaches.  Nick, at least, used to care about such matters.

Zoetic – how does Financial Nick Harriss of Adviser Allenby put up with such glaring lies?

I have already noted that today’s lack of profits & sales warning, oops I meant to say trading update, crafted by the fraud specialist and all round morally bankrupt upper class twit and journalist smearing arsehole Henry Harrison Topham is a total shocker. But here is another glaring deceit that Nick Harriss of Allenby, a man I thought had principle, seems happy to have signed off on.

An Open Video Letter to Nick Harriss of Allenby Capital re Jim Ellerton's claim to have used Sefton cash to clear personal debts

I have this morning sent a letter to Nick Harriss, a good man, who is in charge of the Sefton account at its Nomad Allenby. I have sent him a copy of the Dillabaugh vs. Ellerton 2009 judgement. I urge him in friendship to consider whether Allenby can remain as Nomad to Sefton in light of what has emerged today - see my earlier piece here.
